Suburban Studios Hammond

Amazing hotel with great wi-fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped return my forgotten jewelry during my first stay. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The room was clean and had a lovely atmosphere. The friendly staff even called to check if we were comfortable-a touch that's rare in high-end hotels! Parking was plentiful.

But no utensils for cooking? I reminded me of a royal without her silverware! Plus, paying extra for internet reminded me of I was being charged for breathing air.

Liked our spotless and fine rooms, plus the stuff was knowledgeable. Convenient location close to everything was a plus. And it was also right by Hammond, LA, and restaurants and shopping...

The stuff team was supper friendly and pleasant. Got the same queen room booked online with WiFi and the bathroom, for example. There were a microwave, a fridge, and a cooktop, liked it❤👌

Stay. They were great, going out of their way to ensure our comfort. While the room was clean and hugged the essentials, I did miss having kitchen utensils readily available for use. It was a pleasant experience.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk manager ensured we were satisfied and assisted with every request. Close to everything you'd need. Really enjoyable stay at suburban studios.

The staff was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We explored Safari Quest Family Fun Center and Kliebert and Sons Gator Tours, which are just a short drive away. The parking for vans was also a bonus.

The noise level was a bit high at night due to workers coming and going, hard to sleep sometimes.

Air conditioning units struggled to maintain a cool environment, which can be a bit bothersome in the heat and humidity. Housekeeping operates on a bi-weekly basis, meaning if you need clean towels or sheets, you're expected to retrieve them from the front desk, which feels inconvenient for most guests. Lastly, lack of kitchen utensils in the room challenges convenience for those wanting more than just basic meals.

Would definitely recommend for a mini-vacation

Comfortable room, clean room, with a nice lady at the front desk were very good to ensure we were comfortable and even called to check on us. A convenient location just 61 km from the nearest airport.

The friendliness of the staff really stood out, especially when a staff member took the time to ensure we were comfortable . The inconsistency in receiving basic amenities like towels was frustrating, as guests were expected to exchange them at the front desk. Noise from other guests made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The homemade cakes were delicious.

I felt like a queen with a 24-hour front desk checking on me. the amenities were top-notch, even the free coffee tasted fancy. the hotel was so welcoming; I almost forgot it wasn't my mansion.

I had a delightful surprise finding roaches in my bed.
